Policies & Terms

Delivery Terms

  • An adult over the age of 18 must be present to sign for all deliveries.

  • Delivery crew will call ahead before arrival, If our delivery crew does not get conformation that you are available your delivery will be rescheduled to a later date.

  • BoxDrop Waterloo is not liable for any merchandise once our delivery crew has left the residence. â€‹â€‹

Furniture Delivery​


Driveway Delivery

  • Driveway Delivery includes delivery to a driveway/garage/doorstep.  The delivery crew cannot enter the home or pass any threshold/enter through any doorways.

  • Driveway/ paths must be cleared prior to delivery crew arrival.

  • BoxDrop Waterloo caries all liability for merchandise prior to it being dropped at your residence.​

Inside Delivery

  • Inside​​ Delivery includes delivery inside the home, Items will be placed inside the room/area of customers choice.

  • Driveway/ paths/ room must be cleared prior to delivery crew arrival. Delivery crew will not move existing items for liability purposes.

  • Items will be left in the original packing unless removing it is required to deliver product into room.

  • Delivery crew will not remove their shoes, nor wear foot coverings, before entering home due to liability purposes.

  • Please measure your door and space prior to purchasing, If delivery crew is unable to get items into space, no refund for delivery fee will be given, store credit will be given for the purchased product.

  • Items being delivered to a basement or upper level will require an additional fee per floor paid prior to delivery. If the property has an elevator, this will void additional fees. If items do not fit into elevator and stairs must be used for delivery the additional fees will still apply.

  • BoxDrop Waterloo caries all liability for merchandise prior to it being delivered inside your residence.

  • Inside​​ w/ Setup Delivery includes delivery inside the home, Items will be placed inside the room/area of customers choice.

  • Items will be assembled and have all packaging removed prior to delivery crew leaving the residence.​

  • Driveway/ paths/ room must be cleared prior to delivery crew arrival. Delivery crew will not move existing items for liability purposes.

  • Delivery crew will not remove their shoes, nor wear foot coverings, before entering home due to liability purposes.

  • Please measure your door and space prior to purchasing, If delivery crew is unable to get items into space, no refund for delivery fee will be given, store credit will be given for the purchased product.

Furniture Disposal

  • Furniture Disposal fee must be paid prior to delivery crew arrival.

  • All items being disposed must be placed outside of the home prior to delivery crew arrival. (Garage, Driveway, Porch, Yard, Sidewalk)

  • Delivery crew will not remove items from inside home or go through doorways for liability purposes.

  • Disposal fee covers up to 10 seats. Example (Sofa - 3 Seats, Loveseat - 2 Seats, Chair - 1 Seat, Ottoman - 1 Seat) If you are unsure how many seats you have please let us know.

  • BoxDrop Waterloo reserves the right to refuse any disposal at delivery crews discretion. In the case of a refusal the paid disposal fee will be refunded.

Mattress Delivery​


Standard Delivery

  • Standard Delivery includes delivery to room of choice/ driveway/ garage/ doorstep.

  • Driveway/ paths/  room must be cleared prior to delivery crew arrival.

  • Items will be left in original packaging.

  • Please measure your door and space prior to purchasing, If delivery crew is unable to get items into space, no refund for delivery fee will be given, store credit will be given for the purchased product.

  • BoxDrop Waterloo reserves the right to deny inside drop off at delivery crews discretion for safety conserns.

  • BoxDrop Waterloo caries all liability for merchandise prior to it being dropped at your residence.​

  • Dropship items will be placed outside the front door or at the garage. Dropship items are delivered by FedEx/UPS. Items will not be taken inside. Customer is liable for all products once they are dropped outside by FedEx/UPS. (No signature required)

Mattress Setup

  • Mattresses/ Foundation will have original packaging removed and be placed onto frame prior to delivery crew leaving residence.

  • Frames purchased from BoxDrop Waterloo will be assembled with orignal packaging removed.

  • Delivery crew will only assemble items purchased from BoxDrop Waterloo

  • Room must be cleared prior to delivery crew arrival. Delivery crew will not move existing items. (Mattresses, Foundations, Frames)(Excluding items for mattress disposal)

  • BoxDrop Waterloo caries all liability for merchandise prior to it being delivered inside your residence.​​​

Mattress Disposal

  • Mattress Disposal fee must be paid prior to delivery crew arrival.

  • Items being disposed can be placed outside or left on frame and delivery crew will remove them.

  • Disposal fee covers one mattress, one foundation & one frame. (Split queen/king mattresses or foundations will include both sides)

  • Frames must be taken apart prior to delivery crew arrival or they will be left.

  • BoxDrop Waterloo reserves the right to refuse any disposal at delivery crews discretion. In the case of a refusal the paid disposal fee will be refunded.
